The Town of Niverville’s Recreation & Wellness Department is excited to announce the launch of its new mobile app! This new app is directly connected to and works with Perfect Mind, Niverville Rec’s current programming software. Now, users can view and register for upcoming programs, event, and classes put on my Niverville Rec, all from the comfort of their phone!
“This new app is the next step in providing further recreation and wellness opportunities to our community,” said Myron Dyck, Mayor of the Town of Niverville. “Our hope is that by making it easier to access recreation programming through this app, active living in Niverville can continue to improve and grow.”
Warren Britton, Director of Recreation & Wellness for the Town of Niverville, agrees. “We often receive feedback from users asking about an app. The creation of this app now allows users to have greater accessibility to the programs we offer, and does it in a way that adds no extra fees, accounts, or technical knowledge.”
On the app, users will be able to browse programs, courses, and offerings from Niverville Rec. The app is designed to be intuitive, allowing you to filter based on your preferences, take a look at what you’ve registered for in the past, get suggestions of things you may be interested in, and see what you are registered for in the future. To register for programs, all you need is your currently existing Perfect Mind information; no new accounts are required. It also allows users to carry a digital version of their Niverville Rec membership cards and punch passes.
Niverville Recreation & Wellness’ new app is currently in Phase 1, with more exciting features to be rolled out in the coming months and years.
This new app is available on the iOS App Store and the Google Play Store under the title “Niverville Recreation.”

With forecasted temperatures soaring over the weekend, the Town of Niverville wants to ensure you can keep the summer fun going safely. We’ve extended our weekend hours so you can visit the Niverville CRRC- located at 501 Centre Street to enjoy Free Wifi and a selection of books from our Take-One Leave-One Library or purchase a daypass or membership and access our indoor track, playground and scheduled open gym sports!

Summer Youth Grappling Starts Tonight!
Whether you want to learn a new skill, improve your fitness and confidence or become a serious competitor this is the place to be!
Classes will feature a combination of Olympic style wrestling and Brazilian jiu jitsu for youth ages 5 and up, adults included, with no experience necessary. A typical class will include a high energy warm-up, learning and practicing new wrestling and jiu-jitsu techniques, fun skill building games and the chance to use your skills in “live” drills and practice matches.
Minimal equipment is required- come in shorts and a t-shirt without straps, clips, or zippers. Wrestling shoes are optional.
