Hespeler Park, the largest park in Niverville at 91 acres, includes over 10 soccer pitches and 5 baseball diamonds, a splash pad, bike skills track, beach volleyball court, picnic shelter, outdoor exercise equipment, and a brand-new playground that represents Niverville’s rich history. Residents and visitors are free to explore what Niverville has to offer by using the many well-maintained walking paths including the self-guided history tour that lines Main Street. The Crow Wing Trail, connecting Winnipeg and Emerson, is part of the Trans Canada Trail and runs directly through the Town of Niverville. This trail will guide you through the wetlands pavilion area that was transformed from the Town’s old lagoon to the beautiful wetlands, using a process called bioremediation. This section of town is open for the public to explore while providing another great opportunity to enjoy what Manitoba nature has to offer.
