With your annual Membership or Day Pass, you will have access to Open Gym, sports are pre-selected and pre-scheduled. Ranges from basketball, volleyball, pickleball, badminton, floor hockey/ringette.
Children 14 and under must be supervised.

Last week Fairway Drive Park got a little greener! In partnership with the Town of Niverville, 24 girls from the 1st Niverville Sparks & Embers planted 14 trees including Manitoba Maple, Autumn Blaze, Linden and Triumph Elm.
Girls joined Town of Niverville staff, Lacoste Garden Centre and Girl Guide Volunteers for an evening in our park digging, planting and playing.
These trees will provide positive environmental benefits to our community for generations to come- thank you Girl Guides for taking care of our parks and playgrounds.

In this workshop you will create small rustic baskets using various natural materials gathered from the land. You will work with rushes, daylilies, cattails, and other fibrous plants, while incorporating linen threads to bring natural color into your weaving.
Working with these natural materials is a beautiful and mindful practice. Hand skills and time outdoors also have huge therapeutic value and impact on our mental health. offering a moment to reconnect with the plants, the land, and the rhythm of making.
No experience is required, just bring your curiosity and experimentation as you discover the textures and possibilities of each plant material.
You will leave with a small vessel that carries the story of the plants and intentions from which it was made.
