A Creative mix of baseball/softball training with fundamental movement training through games and activities.
Our program is designed to emphasis the skills required for baseball and softball (hitting/throwing/fielding) but also spending time learning how our body moves and challenging our athleticism through a variety of different games and activities (not baseball/softball specific).
A balance between having fun, being creative, training specific baseball/softball skills, and learning to be stronger athletes. This Program is in partnership with the Home Run Sports Training Centre.

Come down Sunday mornings from 10:00-11:00 to the open space by the Lending Library to join our volunteers and other community members for some free Cursive Handwriting time.
